If you leave a product review on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not share IP addresses with other parties. Your name and shipping information is shared with product producer for processing orders.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Product Images

We will sometimes use mockups to showcase our custom DESIGNS that show a product slightly different from the actual item offered. Mockups are those images that generally show a model and we always provide other images of the actual product itself. We will not accept return requests because of some slight difference between what the mockup model wears vs. the other actual product images.

Out-of-Stock items ordered

If an order is placed with an out-of-stock product it will take longer to process it – between 2 to 4 weeks. We do not like to select alternative products that might not be what our customer has selected. Should you wish to receive a refund prior to processing of an order, we are happy to oblige.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by using the form on our Contact Us page of this website within 30 days after the product has been received. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier used to ship your order, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report you have yet to receive it, Peer2Peer will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, so please make certain you want the item before ordering it. Size or color exchanges will be made at your expense – not ours.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
